• Always log out of your account securely, especially on shared devices.
• You are advised not to use weak or easily guessable passwords.
• You are responsible for any activity carried out on your account unless it is proven that unauthorized third-party access has occurred.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the khoka420 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus abuse or applying bonus hunting strategies.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transaction.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Harassing other users or attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Providing false identity or verification information.
• Being involved in match or game fixing or exchanging information related to it.

khoka420 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connection issues or disruption to third-party services.
• Losses resulting from cyberattacks or hacking (although we take every possible security measure).
• Losses caused by user negligence or failure to protect a password.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming or betting — gaming is an entertainment activity and there is no guarantee of winning.
• A game or betting session being voided due to a technical error.

In any circumstance, khoka420's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount you deposited in the disputed transaction.

khoka420 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• If you yourself request self-exclusion from the account.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity.

You may also request to close your account at any time. Any approved balance remaining in your account at the time of the request will be returned subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions being met.
